Thank you for using our Services. Our "Services" include our website and the coaching services you connect to through our website. Please do read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these, do not use our Services .

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are between loroyce fitness ("Trainer") and the individual receiving personal training services ("Client"). By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to abide by the terms set forth herein. We are Loroyce Fitness Ltd, a company registered in United Kingdom London. Services Provided

The Trainer agrees to provide one-on-one personal training sessions and online coaching to the Client, including fitness assessments, customized workout plans, and nutrition advice.

OUR SERVICES ARE NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Our Services, including all meal and workout plans, are provided for general information and entertainment purposes only. We do not offer health, medical, dietary, nutrition, or professional advice which you or anyone else should rely on. The members of Loroyce fitness are not doctors, dietitians, or nutritionists and your use of our services does not create a doctor-patient, dietician patient, or nutritionist-patient relationship between you and any of the members of Loryce fitness. We do not and cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or symptom. If you have questions regarding medical issues or potential impacts of the program, you should consult with your personal healthcare provider before using our services. You should always speak with your personal healthcare provider before starting any workout plan or making any changes to your diet. It is outside our scope of practice to prescribe a supplement or a particular dosage to our clients. We do not recommend diets, foods, supplements, workouts, or exercises to prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, medical condition, or symptom. All meal plans provided through our services are only suggestions and are not a substitute for the advice of a doctor, nutritionist, dietician, or other medical provider. Meal plans do not guarantee any particular health outcome, including weight loss or other standard health markers.

Fees and Payment

  • Session Rates: The rate for each session per hour will depend on the amount that is set between the trainer and the client, A non refundable deposit of 50% will be paid in advance to secure the booking and the remaining payment will be made prior to the start of the session.

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit card, bank transfer.

  • Payment Schedule: Payments are due at the time of booking, monthly in advance or per sessions.

  • Refunds: No refunds will be provided for completed sessions. Refunds for pre-paid sessions will be given only if the Trainer cancels the sessions.

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance through [booking method, e.g., online booking system, phone call].

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a [Amount] cancellation fee.

  • No-shows: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the 50% non refundable deposit rate and will not be accepted for another session.

Client Responsibilities

  • Medical Clearance: Clients are responsible for obtaining medical clearance if necessary before beginning any exercise program.

  • Health Information: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect their ability to participate in the training sessions.

  • Commitment: Clients agree to follow the Trainer's instructions and commit to the scheduled training sessions.

Trainer Responsibilities

  • Professionalism: The Trainer agrees to conduct all sessions with professionalism and provide a safe and effective workout environment.

  • Qualifications: The Trainer holds a level 3 in personal training and gym instructor and also a 3 in sports massage therapy.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OTHER WEBSITES

Our Services may contain links to other independent websites which are not provided by us. Such independent sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for and have not checked and approved their content or their privacy policies (if any). You will need to make your own independent judgement about whether to use any such independent sites, including whether to buy any products or services offered by them.

Liability Waiver

The Client acknowledges that engaging in physical exercise carries risks, including but not limited to injury and adverse health effects. The Client agrees to assume all risks and waives any claims against the Trainer for injuries or damages resulting from participation in the training sessions.

Confidentiality

The Trainer agrees to keep all Client information confidential and not share it with third parties without the Client's consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Any remaining pre-paid sessions will be refunded if the termination is initiated by the Trainer. You may choose to end your agreement with us at the end of your minimum commitment period. To do so, you must provide us with at least 1 months' notice by sending an email to loroycefitness@gmail.com . If you end our agreement in this way, your termination will only be effective from the first day of the following billing period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, provided that this choice of law does not affect the protection you enjoy under the mandatory law of your country of residence. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Services in the competent courts.
